Last summer we were referred to Dan Lapicola for our auto coverage needs. Within 24 hours he had locked in Significantly better prices/coverage for our rental home & both vehicles. Although we had not yet met him personally, Dan made & returned several calls promptly, while being friendly, patient & professional. To our good fortune, we were referred to Dan Lapicola--not only did he contact us the same day of my phone message, he immediately set up our vehicular & renter's policies at a Much better price than our previous insurer (after 30+ years with that company, we could never contact a local agent nor receive call-backs, although the "auto-paid account" through our bank never failed to function!).This Goosehead Insurance owner is personable, conscientious, and very dedicated to assisting his clients, as are his staff & underwriters. Exceptional service. We were in a bind and called Dan on the day after Thanksgiving (yes Black Friday). Of the 4 agencies I called, Dan was the only one to call us back. In a few hours he had auto quotes for our 20 year old son and provided insurance card so we could buy a used car. So great full for the local service and going the extra mile to help us in a difficult time. Highly recommend.
