I have been extremely satisfied with Joanne and Allstate. Over the years I have had almost every other insurance company at one time or another. I changed either due to cost or poor service. I decided to try Allstate back in the late 2000s and have kept them ever since. They have been responsive, professional and very helpful. They are reasonably priced and upfront with the cost.
Janne is always helpful, professional and she is kind. What more can you ask for?

Janne Thung is incredibly good! She helped me sign up with Allstate car insurance, and was really easy to work with. Super professional, knows her stuff, and isn't trying to upsell, or convince you to buy extra insurance you don't need.
Within working with her for 5 minutes I realized how fortunate I was. With the agency I worked with previously, there was a lot of upselling and even though I wasn't comfortable with it and didn't think they earned it, they kept telling me to write them a yelp review.
This is the complete opposite of working with Janne. When I first signed up for Allstate insurance with her, she recommended I get comprehensive insurance, and it's good that she did! A few months later a rock was kicked up by a truck in front of me on the freeway and ended up cracking my windshield. Because Janne had me get comprehensive insurance it cost me only $100 as a deductible, which is 4x less than the $400 I would have been forced to pay, without the comprehensive insurance she recommended.
Lastly, once the pandemic started I was happily surprised to find out the Allstate credited me and continues to credit me part of my monthly insurance payment -- I was not expecting such thoughtfulness from an insurance company!
I can't express enough how grateful I am with Janne from Allstate, and I hope that anyone who is tired of the upselling of other insurance agencies and is ready to have a good experience will give Janne and Allstate a try.

Broken rear window total amount $800+(paid by my own money as what they promised the insurance will pay me back minus $100 deductible. Two weeks after, no money was paid from the insurance company. I have no idea when I get my money back with interest "NO ONE IN THE COMPANY MADE FOLLOW UP CALLS ON WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY MONEY." I am in the process of looking for aonther Insurance company.

The service is fantastic. Janne and her staff are extremely responsive, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is probably the best experience with an insurance agency we have ever had, over the 40+ years we have been with different agencies and different insurance companies. We simply could not be happier with the agency. Thank you so much!

Janne has been my insurance professional for years and I could not be happier. Her advice is always absolutely correct and the service from the staff could not be more prompt or helpful. I'm grateful that I'm in "Good Hands" with Janne and her staff.
