Attic Bright

We had Attic Bright replace both of our aging heat and HVAC units. Short story - We could not be happier with Attic Bright. We went the entire last year without central air or heat, and it was no fun. We're so grateful to have this finished, and immediately enjoying the heat in our usually frigid house. I called Attic Bright late on a weekday as our heater went out...they called me back within 20 minutes and were here the same day! Jonathon was so professional and even explained how to work the new controls he installed. He is very mindful of customer preferences and works to make the job look nice as well as be highly functional. The new system works great and looks good. Attic Bright does quality work.

Lifesaver! We needed an extra AC unit because it would get hot in the summers inside the house with just 1 existing 5 Ton Unit, so we inquired Attic Bright about having a new mini split system installed. I got a call back in 10 minutes and less than two hours later Jonathon was here installing the new AC. Now we have a whole cool house because of his expertise.

Great experience with Attic Bright as a whole from scheduling to the actual service. Came out the next day to take a look and give me a quote for replacing our whole system. It didn't take long for them to figure out what is wrong with my central cooling system. Not only did they fix my AC, they also cleaned up very well. They assessed the problem (faulty old control board) and were to get it replaced 2 days later and we are back up and running before the next heat wave hits. I will definitely be calling them for any other issues that I have!

I was saddled with the unexpected burden of having an air conditioning unit made up to code after it was noted to have been improperly installed without a permit. As a new homeowner, I had no idea that the contractor who had installed the furnace in my newly remodeled home hadn’t bothered getting a permit, nor adhering to the specific codes of the city I live. The AC unit was noticed by a city inspector who came to check on the installation of an EV charging unit that was installed in my garage. The EV charging unit passed inspection but a notification that my AC unit was in violation of installation without “issuance of a permit” and that it was improperly installed followed. I immediately attempted to have the issue corrected by the AC contractor, only to find that he no longer resided in CA and couldn’t help me. Thus began a one and half year ordeal with my local City and finding a reputable company that could rectify my AC situation. I called at least 11 HVAC companies from online advertisements/searches. Of the 3 that replied, only 2 came to look and give me an estimate. Dave from Attic Bright arrived on the date and time arranged, looked over the unit and its location, and by the end of the day sent me an estimate via email that addressed the issues as promised. Attic Bright gave me the most reasonable and affordable quote and followed my city’s requirements to pass inspection per the copy of the actual code. The work was done promptly in half a day, with a crew that was punctual and who cleaned up the detritus after their work was completed. It is rare to find a company that has integrity and the personal touch of seeing a job to the end. Dave Jon and Angel are part of the Attic Bright Family that assisted me and were always available by phone, text or email, prompt in responding and coming at the designated times scheduled. Most importantly, Dave and Jon assured me that despite the inspection setbacks [through no fault of their company or crew] Attic Bright would be at my side—and they were! When my AC unit passed inspection, I received a follow-up call from Dave the next day asking if everything was to my satisfaction. It was and exceeded my expectations. What I realized that if taking a job which many HVAC companies refused because I wasn’t buying a brand-new unit, and that unlike companies stating that they would not be able to be responsible for work not originally done by them, Attic Bright stepped up and brought my unit to code and dealt with the persnickety requirements of my city. I can only imagine what a slam dunk it would have been if I had purchased an HVAC from them. If you want air conditioning, Attic Bright is a smart choice. Service: Inspection
