They sold us our first home and I cannot begin to express how devastating it was to find out, the hard way, that fast flipper homes from dishonest people are so hard to deal with. They sold us a home with open permits even when closing documents said there were no permits. We found out by chance that there was open permits and we saw how much was going to be done (the right way, with licensed contractors) that ended up not getting done. Instead, they hired unlicensed contractors to complete botched jobs. We were new to all this and simply didn’t do enough to make sure we got complete inspections. Turns out this guy has even plead guilty on a federal case against the US. I really hope they are no longer licensed!

Just went to a showing for a house under this company. 30 minutes into the showing time no one showed up and I had to call another realtor who let me and 7 other families who had been waiting in to show the house. Tried calling 2 numbers the number listed online and the number on their sign. Both went straight to voicemail... super unprofessional!!
