        forgot to ask her name, but I just want to thank you her for the amazing dry cappuccino she made. Its rare that people love their job. I will be coming back to the specific location just for this coffee I had in morning.

        As a resident of Walnut Creek and one who shops at Target a lot, I was shocked by the service at Starbucks Target. The woman at the register, Shannon, was yelling and screaming at me, a paying customer for asking questions. I was appalled by this interaction. I continued to see her behavior and I was shocked! All she was doing was complaining. I dont know if she was a manager or not, but those are not qualities of a manager, nor a Target employee. She was very condescending and ruined my day.
