Hired this firm to go over some contracts with the city of Livermore and County of Alameda. Not only did Scott McKay miss a key component of the contract that allowed the county to collect $15,000 per year from me on land I didn't own, but leased, he wrote up contracts full of loopholes. I spent over $20,000 with him and it was a total waste.
Scott McKay, ended up costing my company $120,000.00 from incompetent contract review, + the $20,000 I paid! Even worse, when I refused to pay the remaining $5,000 bill because he botched the contract, he took me to small claims court over it! This firm is responsible for $145,000.00 in losses.
