Went in for a TB test and the staff was amazing. Denise in particular was so sweet and helpful. Thank you all for a quick and comfortable visit!

I am so incredibly grateful for the experience that I had at this Scripps Health Express. I was shocked at what friendly and helpful staff greeted me upon entry. Their attentiveness was unparalleled among all of the other Scripps facilities, which are many, that I have visited. I was seen immediately by Kathryn Kuhn PA, and I cannot praise her enough. Not only was she seemingly more knowledgeable and professional than most physicians, but her thoroughness was remarkable! I left feeling more optimistic about the future of healthcare knowing that there are establishments and providers like those at this Scripps Health Express. Even the security guard of the building was kind, attentive and eager to offer prompt assistance to all those who were entering the facility. This Health Express Clinic far exceeds the level of care that you would receive at an Urgent Care. They truly are expedient in all of the transactions and are offering the community a remarkable service. Thank you Scripps Health Express Team, you all are very appreciated!!! UpdateUseful beta: They will not see patients for any type of follow-up. So, if your symptoms are not 100% different and you attempt to be seen again, they will refuse to see you and either refer you downstairs to the Urgent Care or advise you to make an appointment with your Primary Care Physician. I went in for an earache and after receiving antibiotics, three weeks later I was still having pain. I returned to the clinic, with different symptoms in addition to continued earache, checked-in, paid my co-pay and waited only to be turned away after an incredibly frustrating, and all too lengthy, circular, unhelpful conversation with three women at the front counter. This really frustrated me, since they do not disclose or inform you of this fact of no follow-ups or future visits with similar symptoms upon initial visit, nor is it made known anywhere else that I looked (e.g. website, MyScripps portal). Nonetheless, I still think this HealthExpress Clinic is offering a much needed service.
