I am not a yelp review her. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review, but this experience was the most humiliating and infuriating of my life. An older lady with blonde hair that was working the register ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO STEAL A SECOND HAND RAINCOAT! Because of the rain storm that’s rolling in I decided to stop during my lunch break and look for a rain coat. I found one that would work but I wasn’t crazy about it so I co to used looki f. 5 min after, I asked her If she knew where I could find an umbrella or poncho. Her response, “I’d like to know if you’re paying for the coat you’ve got on”. (Be sure and read that in the snarkiness snobbiest most condescending tone you can imagine) Dude, I’m going to steal a used five dollar raincoat? Seriously? I’ve never felt so disrespected in tn my life! I left the store saying, “you know, I don’t think I will pay for the coat afteralI”, salet it down and walked out. A minute later I returned to the store because the lady made me upset and I thought that the manager should know. I asked if she was the manager she said no, and I asked to speak to the manager. In her defense, she was kind of got caught off guard , But several customers mer spoke up saying that they thought he was also completely inappropriate, howevershe defended the employee enough to lose my interest in wasting anymore time in this place. It’s also worth mentioning that I was walking around with a jacket on looking for more jackets because their selection sucks and their prices are terrible. Just go to the Goodwill down the street. Ugh!
