It was unexpected that we were going to need a bed. I called around and they price was the best and the equipment was there within 30 minutes of arriving home from hospital. The customer service was outstanding and the delivery and setup guys were very respectful of our home.

KNEE SCOOTER - I rented a knee scooter on January 18 2023 for $25 a week and returned to the facility on 15 February 2023. I was charged $235 @4 weeks. I have been trying to contact the Billing Department of Mori Equipment in Vista since  6 March 2023 with no success. The receptionists has been trying to help but has not had the means for doing that. She is as lost as I am.  So I would NOT recommend you getting medical equipment from Mori. Their Billing Department "SUCKS!"

Amazing!! Been using Mori Medical for 1x year now and they continue to exceed our expectations! Service is great, quick to respond to via email and phone calls. Really pleased with the type of relationship we have built with this organization and their team. They definitely go above and beyond for our family. Thank you all !

Very very disappointed in their service! I ordered equipment and had problems so I called Mori. They blew me off and after 4 attempts to have them contact me I finally gave up. Once paid what a disappointment!
