Jim and Adam, thank you for your reviews. We found Medmark on the web and because they are somewhat local to us, we thought of using them. Before calling them, we reached out to several folks in our area (San Diego) who know of them and how they conduct their business and what we heard mirrored what you both wrote. We would have given them a chance, but almost 100% of the folks we spoke to said pretty much the same thing, so I guess we'll look to other suppliers.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is just a new name for Medmark. They stole a c-arm and surgical table from us and never paid for it. We have filed police reports and are moving forward with appropriate action against them.

These people (Tony, Justine, Lorraine) are the biggest con artist. I ordered equipment 3 months prior to delivery and they sent the wrong products, defective products, non working equipment and didn't delivery everything ordered. They didn't do any of the preventive maintenance on the equipment. They will hound you until you order something and once you do they won't answer your correspondences. I ordered some used medical equipment from MedMark and I was extremely happy with quality/condition of the equipment as well as the price! Everything they provided was better than I expected it to be. Their team was very responsive and helpful to all my requests and needs. I will continue doing business with MedMark for all my equipment needs.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEDMARK!!! They are scam artists. BEWARE of conducting ANY business with them. They continue to fraud people and they have a habit of not paying for equipment they purchase. I have friends that work/own several surgical/medical practices who have been screwed over by them. It's amazing that these people are still in business and not in prison. I am so sick and tired of people that scam people out of their hard earned money. Medmark simply doesn't care and they play victim when approached. Regarding the (2) reviews by Alex Dracup; it's interesting that he posts such an overly positive review. What's also interesting is the fact that Alex shares the last name of Medmark's attorney, Jeff "A" Dracup. His reviews are fake. We all have the choice to do what's right and I hope they choose that road soon.
