        Had a new knife I purchased and there wasn’t a good way to strap the knife. Well I used the clip provided and the knife didn’t hold. I reached out to customer service to let them know what had happened. Well a new knife showed up after showing a receipt of owning the knife for only a couple of days. They sent the smaller knife but they didn’t even need to do what they did sending me another. I do like the way the new knife attaches as well. There’s actual hardware with this knife so I can mount it to my bcd. I don’t know if the larger knife has that capability but it would have been nice to be able to mount the larger one. Thanks Aqua Lung for going above and beyond!
