Hot Springs Grandee 2022 is AMAZING!!! The moto massages are unreal. Best thing I have ever purchased. The Hot Springs Instagram team are so cool they are always very helpful and happy if I ever tag them or message. Great Team they have at Watkins! Highly recommended worth the price tag!!

There is a check in guard shack in the truckers entrance that requires your pick up # and drivers license. This place is 1st come 1st serve to be loaded so be early so there's not a line. The staff is very nice, loading time is about 2 hours for 23 pallets or 46 normal sized hot tubs. 5 docks running today. Shipping hours are from 8:00am to 8pm. Nice restroom for truckers also.

After several months of working with the company where I purchased my spa, I decided that I would called and speak with the warranty company. The outer shell has cracks. Finally told me they would not replaced the spa. I pd $13,512 and now they want the company I purchased the spa from to repair it. The problem is the company has no one that knows how to fix it. The speakers got water in them and they are totally gone. They are trying to put a bandaid on something thats going to continue to crack. Beware do not buy any spa that this company warranty. They do not stand behind it!
