This place is so bad The cashier is very sarcastic and unfriendly and the owner is very sarcastic and unwelcoming keep in mind that the the “client is always right” doesn’t apply here also their fruit is not fresh it’s 2 days old at most when you tell them they are wrong they get angry instead of being humble

I have been coming here for a while because the quality was great even though the prices are a little bit more than other fruterias. I noticed that the quality has gradually declined, this weekend I went there and I ordered a few items on their menu. The worst was the raspados. They threw the flavoring at the bottom and the shaved iced looked more like a block of ice. I literally had to scrape the spoon to get the ice to shave. I got tired so I ended letting it melt all the way and then threw it in the trash. They hand a younger crew working and honestly they need more training. If I am going to be paying the same prices then I expect about the same quality every time I make a purchase. I highly recommend more training, but other than that I will not be returning. There are other places that are better.
