We are very pleased with our new windows and new look, Isael's recommendation to consider an upgrade for better sound proofing of the MBR window which is in the front of the house facing the street was great. We immediately noticed that there is much less street noise in that room. With regards to the installation crew, they were professional and did an excellent job. The inside work areas were clean and floors protected, and clean-up at the end of the day and job completion was great. Additionally the same for the outside work areas. We opted for the Milgard windows and highly recommend Milgard, they are a high quality window as well as the their warranty.

Last August, the Pelican team replaced five windows and one patio door for me. Bob, the sales representative, came to measure the windows and door. He was super professional, spending only half an hour and answering all my questions. I've dealt with salespeople from other companies who were pushy and wouldn't leave without me signing contracts, which I didn't like. I was very happy that Bob wasn't like that.
The Pelican team completed all my windows and door in one day, doing an excellent job and cleaning up before they left.
It's been over half a year, and I love my windows and door. Now that I need to do my taxes, I reached out to Bob for some documents. He responded immediately, and Jodi helped provide the paperwork for me. I had such a great experience with them.

Happy to leave a 5-star review for Pelican Replacement Windows! Definitely a great overall experience, from first contact on Yelp through communications with their office, actual installation and payment. All seamless. The two-man installation team replaced my two bedroom windows in a few hours and did a great job, were friendly, respectful, and professional. Everything was cleaned up completely. Oh yeah - their price was the best of the 3 estimates I received! Very happy with my new windows!

So happy with Pelican Windows! Ive used them for two separate jobs now (to spread the cost out) and Ive had nothing but great experiences. Their customer service is excellent - we had an issue with our sliding glass door screen about 6 months after installation and they sent someone out to fix it right away (now its actually better than it originally was). The installation guys are very professional and friendly and do a fantastic job. Ive already recommended them to my neighbor!
