Absolutely terrible unreliable company. My home warranty gave me their information to set up a repair on my dryer. Took me four attempts to call them to get in touch When they finally answered they told me they would call me back in 15 minutes. They never called me back. I had to call them back twice Moore to finally get an appointment with them and they scheduled for a technician to come out today from 11 to 1 PM. Then at 1:40 PM I get a text message saying they canceled. Dont use this company

Terrible Company, they got sent to me by my home warranty company because my fridge was not working properly. The first Mike came he refused to do a thorough check and just told me to change settings and arrange my food differently. Needless to say that didnt fix the issue. Second time he came he did some work but left the fridge basically useless and with less cooling then I had it. Never responded after I called after that. He did not seem to know how to work around the fridge and struggled taking panels out. Do not call if your fridge is not working

OMG beware! My HOW company referred them to me. I believe "Mike" is the owner, and the only one who works there. His repair work was non existent. He didn't repair anything. I believe he just collects the deductible and never plans on repairing anything. The warranty he offers is a joke. There is no warranty. If you call him back after he supposedly "repaired something", he tells you its a "different " problem, so will cost more money. Find someone else, he is a scammer in my opinion. I don't believe ANY of the good reviews on here for him. Service: Dryer repair

Dispatched by Fidelity Home Warranty to fix a washing machine. They no-showed on the first visit, calling instead and deciding to replace a part without inspecting the appliance. A week later they replaced the part, replacing one error code for another. After replacing a second part that I believe they would have seen had they inspected the appliance the first time, I'm saw both error codes at about twice the frequency. On the third visit, they found that a rubber gasket was not connected properly to the second part that they installed, letting socks into the drain pipe. They ridiculously suggested that we must have cleaned this rubber part and not replaced it, rather than that they'd installed it improperly. It took more than 30 days from their first scheduled (no-show) visit to get my washer fixed, and it seems likely to me that this could have been fixed in a single visit. I'm not surprised by the similar reviews, and I'm disappointed-but-not-surprised that Home Warranty continues to work with this vendor. Edit: I previously said that they no-showed the 3rd scheduled visit, but this was incorrect as the appointment was cancelled before the window. However, they did not follow up to reschedule as requested and gave me a hard time rescheduling.
