Do not go with this company. I was supposed to have an appointment Tuesday between 3-5 pm for my washer. 5 pm comes and I get a call saying he is a little behind and he will be at my home by 7:30 for sure. I call at 8 to make sure everything is still on schedule and I get no reply. 9 pm comes and I get text saying he can’t make it and if he could come tomorrow afternoon. I waited all day why on earth would I let this company leave me hanging again. No thank you.

Greg, our service tech was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with our washer. Greg had us up and running in no time.

When I called to make an appointment to have my dryer fixed. The nice lady scheduled me for Wednesday morning between 9am - 11am. I waited and finally received a call from the tech around 11:05am letting me know there was a scheduling issue and that he wouldn’t be able to come by until 2pm - 3pm and that he was call/text when he was on his way. I figured hey, scheduling issues happen and wanted to give the guy a chance. So I agreed to the new time.... It is now 5:43pm and I still have not heard from the tech. I am very disappointed. I will not be giving this company another opportunity to keep me waiting ALL DAY without so much of a simple call to let me know he can’t make it after all. 🤷🏻‍♀️😡
