        Called Security First and scheduled a home visit. They never showed up and haven't returned any of my calls after a month. Was considering this company for security services, but I'll happily look elsewhere.

        CEO is not a straight forward individual. Company promises not recognized unless it was written. Company has charged Hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for service they are not delivering. CEO Joey records her phone calls which I am happy about because she trapped herself in a lie. Loved the service when it worked, the call center and monitoring center amazing job. The Billing and CEO ruined this business. Take my advice and think twice before any purchase you make in life. Please check my ratings of other business I have rated you will see that most companies are awesome 5 Star companies that I deal with. Wish I were not having the a 1 star experience with this company.

        The very low star rating says it all. The contract they use is so bad for the customers there should be a law against it. Dont get wrapped into this companys greed. Find another service.
