Was referred to them by a friend/client, so I brought a family ring to be re-sized, I am beyond happy. They were very personable, got the job done quickly and well, and reasonably priced. Id definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience at Browns. I brought in two heirlooms of my grandmothers: a necklace with a chain that needed repairing, a ring that needed resizing. Both were done so well and came out looking brand new. And my wedding ring got cleaned and looks amazing! Candace said that all jewelry tells a story and let me look at my pieces with her magnifier, which was so fun! They were timely and clearly take good care of their customers and their jewelry. I will definitely use them again.

I took my watch in to get it fixed because I thought the battery was dead and just needed to be replaced and the next day when I went to pick it up and they told me it was just a solar charged battery and it was running all day and needed no fixing. I left with no price to pay, but with a good feel for how well the place is run. Very good jewelry store.
