for 3 days and 5 different numbers i have been trying to get info on why all of a sudden, they won't cover my meds that i have been taking for 10 years. i just get put on hold then after 3 to 4 hours they hang up or come on with a different number to call. I get the feeling this company doesn't know what they are doing. i even trier calling Medicare, but they said to call Cigna and the circle continues..

What good is having insurance if they do not even pay to keep you healthy.

This company does not care about hard working individuals. They dont care if you do overtime every day. They dont care if you're constantly working to improve your work skills. They dont care if you work the shift no one else wants to (third shift)
They only care to promote people who are bad at their job but love to rub elbows and brown nose others in management positions. If you dont make friends with management, sleep with them or blow them then you aren't getting a promotion and this is a dead end job.
