Brad was able to show up earlier than expected. He changed the shelving in a closet to make it MUCH more practical, as well as removing a built-in and repairing the drywall, texture and paint in that spot. Brad came to my home to repair leak damage caused by an upstairs commode leaking down through my kitchen ceiling. He was prompt, very amenable, and superbly competent. I was extremely impressed with this young man's work ethic and skills. He completed the whole job--dry wall replacement, texturing, painting, and replacing ceramic tile--by himself, and cleaned up behind himself as well. I will readily and heartily recommend Brad to others who may ask.

I was recommended Brad by some friends. He had done great work for them. He was responsive and friendly when we met with him. There were several jobs  for him coming up so we understood he was busy. However, after our initial meeting, he routinely took 2-3 days to respond to our messages. He said he could do the work we asked and then reneged a week later saying he didn't have the tools. Ultimately, we lost 3 weeks on looking for another contractor because he strung us along on a project that he said he could do (he described it in person) but was not in his "wheelhouse".

Brad was always very pleasant to work with. He was reliable, punctual, fair, honest, and does great quality work. We had our stand-alone shower and bath rub removed and had him replace the entire thing with a walk-in double-head shower. The quality of work is great, he went above and beyond, even installing a second light fixture above the shower and a new water-proof type window. We are more than pleased with how it turned out and will call on him for any other home projects in the future. It's difficult to find someone who not only does quality work, but is trustworthy and fair. And we found that in Brad! He even put up with my constantly barking puppy!
