The supervisor came out to repair my garage door and it was HORRIBLE. I was quoted a hefty price for a garage door, rails, a wifi opener, and replacement parts. I confirmed this details three times, and agreed because I know that prices have gone up recently. When he came out. He refused to change the rails, leaving the old bent rails on my roof even though my parts were in his truck. He also stated that he doesn’t have wifi openers, and that my service only covered the cheapest opener they had. I was upset at this point because I only went with this company due to what I was promised. Then he argued with my father about the service the entire time, stating that he didn’t promise anything that he or his secretary did on the phone. He ended up breaking a bar on my old door, wanted to reuse it but couldn’t, and then charged me $50-something dollars to replace it. After the awful service, he demanded we pay for the part, and when my father let him know that he didn’t have the cash on him to pay at the moment and to bill us, the guy demanded that he follow my father to the bank to pull the money out. He left a lot of my old parts on the door that should have been replaced, and what he didn’t reuse he took with him. He did leave the old garage door panels in my front yard though and left saying that they don’t do removal.
The next day I called asking why I didn’t receive a lot of the service that I was promised, to which he yelled at me on the phone when I asked for what I was quoted for or return of the service. I even asked to be connected with the owner, to which he told me that he was the supervisor, the owner was not around, and he would not let me speak with them or give them my information. He hung up on me after I told him that I would like a refund or to speak with the owner before paying the bill.
The following day I realize my door is slightly crooked and garage door won’t go up, so I call for assistance and kept getting hung up on. Turns out he wired my garage door opener into my light switch, and I had to have the light switch on for the door to work. When the light switch was on, the opener wasn’t strong enough to pull the door up, so I had to purchase a $300 unit on my own and reinstall it after the service just to use my door.
I highly HIGHLY suggest paying more at a reputable company to get what you deserve. This company may be cheaper, but there is DEFINITELY a reason for it. Save yourself a huge headache and lot of regret and shop elsewhere.

I called for an estimate to fix my garage door, I already knew what was broken and they wanted to send out a tech the next day which was fine, and charge me a $20 service fee! After I repeated what was broken and just want an estimate the guy tells me the technician will give me a call….never got that call. Customer service is horrible, not a good start and the job goes to browns garage door repair. (Highly recommend)

Very happy! Called at 10 in the morning, Roman came out by 4:00 in the afternoon the same day. We got our garage door opener upgraded, quiet and swift! Roman addressed all of our needs and was very friendly and personable and professional. We highly recommened.

Called Local Garage Door Services and I described the issue. The quote he gave was exactly what I was charged. My door needed a bunch of fixes after the door was bumped by a car. He worked quickly and efficiently and was done in 10-15 minutes. No parts. Can't recommend him enough. Honest, reliable.
