I have been working in the residential design industry for over 15 years. In all these years I have worked with various builders and I had never met someone like Malcolm (G.J. Gardner Homes Tulare Co.). His attention to detail is second to none. As a client, I truly liked the fact that he was on the job literally every day. He marks everything. He explains things to home owners. Their pricing is to build the home not to just get the job. Their quality and craftsmanship is amazing. It almost felt like they are building it for themselves as they just don't settle for mediocre work from subs. It must be and look right to pass Malcolm's keen eye. It's been a year since we build with them and I wanted to wait a whole year to be as true as possible and I am still super thrilled to come home to such a piece of architecture. One thing that separates G.J. Gardner Homes Tulare Co. from other builders is their true commitment to their clients. They have an amazing admin team that offers invaluable support to the many day-to-day tasks needed to get the job done and to their clients. I don't think I can say enough and I surely lack the words to express myself of how happy my wife, kids, and I are of the work G.J. Gardner Homes Tulare (Malcolm and his team) did to build our beautiful home. They are truly the custom builder who listens.
