In search of qualified and reliable daycare, I came across Doodle Bugs on google, and noticed they had good ratings. I wanted more information, so I called the Doodle Bugs and no one answered. Since I was working in a school nearby, I decided to go to the daycare for more information. When I got there, I realized the business was out of a home. I rang the doorbell and a man talked to me from behind a fence to the rear. A woman comes out and with a rude tone starts questioning how I got her address and treating me as if I were a criminal. I explained I got her business information from google and that I was inquiring information about her daycare. The lady kept treating me coldly and suspiciously and practically ran me out with her verbal attack. Needless to say I would not recommend this business because she was so overtaken that someone was at her door, that it makes me wonder what she has to hide. Beware!

I called Doodle bug facility to inquire about her daycare in which she's so amazing that she doesn't have any openings because I'm sure parents and children enjoy her to the fullest. Ni Ni was very helpful and answered every question I had. I've never met her before but from our conversation she seems to be a very smart and amazing caregiver. Thank you Ni Ni for all of your help and insight on everything your a blessing to a lot of people and I appreciate you god bless you in all aspects and thanks again.

Responding to Marysol Finley, in your search of looking for a qualified and reliable daycare with good ratings, that you did find that you stated. If you had called like you said, you should have left a message on the machine. First and foremost, knowing it was a home daycare, we do not appreciate you constantly ringing the doorbell rudely. The man that is the home owner that spoke to you behind the fence was trying to explain to you that we were closed do to construction and me not feeling well. you kept being extremely persistent and i asked you how you got our info because having my business for many many years, no one has ever came without making an appointment do to the safety of my clients children and my own family. there are a lot of strange people and if you feel you were treated as a criminal, you obviously don't understand that i need to protect my family as well. I am extremely blessed to have my clients with me for years. I explained the situation to my clients about what happened today and they feel relieved that when they go to work, their children are being loved and well taken care of from people like you. this is a very high quality childcare so if anybody is reading this, please look at the other great positive reviews, they speak for themselves. I do apologize if you do not understand that i am human and a mommy and safety is set at a high standard in my home. REMEMBER DOODLE BUGS ROCK!!!!!!!!!
