Spectrum Urgent Care

I must say their business hours are crazy. The receptionist can use some extra training. Their very kind all the employees including the Dr. Ive never had an incident where the employees are rude. I have seen some ppl get nasty with the receptionist, but they handle the situation well. I really really like the Dr. Shes the best one in my opinion. I have been to a few different pediatricians, its been 5 yrs now and I dont plan on leaving even tho the business days are crazy the Dr. Is the one that keeps me going. If they were open more often and the girls got more training i would give them 5 starts.

IT'S NOT EVEN OPEN ANYMORE! Don't come to this place! My boyfriend and I asked the water company next door and they said they've been closed for a while now

Incompetent desk workers at this location and Adelanto. I called because I was worried my Son had injured himself. They then told me they would call me back because they had to check his insurance, needless to say no call back. I drove to the Victorville location because it's advertised as an Urgent care (it's not) and with no notice on the door it turns out this locations is only open on Firdays. I called again to see if the Adelanto office had an opening to be told they had to ask the Dr. if they had an opening (What? Are you kidding me?) And then she asked if his arm was fractured (How would I know that, that's why I'm contacting YOU). The women answering the phones spent more time saying "Ummmmmm" than anything else. I do not recommend this office to anyone. When you make an appointment at 10am you are seen at 11:45 and if there is a need to see the Dr. You will be put on hold and given the run around. If you can afford it find a organized competent Dr's office who knows their policies. I'll be switching A.s.a.p I do not want anyone here caring for my child. The 1st visit was annoying but today just proved to me I should never return.
