I havent had the time to write a review since I finished school, I just want to say that I am really glad I came to this school for my phlebotomy license , Ms Tia is a wonderful person as well as a great instructor, i learned a lot and passed my NHA on my first try , they are really great in communication as well, I have only but great things to say and I appreciate Ms Tia and all she did for me to pay attention and learn without me knowing . Loved the phlebotomy program here! Tia Is an amazing teacher and I couldnt have gotten through the class without her knowledge! Definitely recommend this school.

I did my classes here and I would not recommend. Myra is so unprofessional and unorganized. She doesnt have anything together and doesnt help at all she would just brush me off or make an excuse. It took a really long time to even just get my certificate because of how unorganized everything was. There was multiple occasions where I would make a payment and then I would be told that it wasnt made after I know I made it and it was very frustrating. The teachers were cool but Myra really doesnt care about her job and it shows

I am updating my review after 4 years. I wanted to tell the truth. I only made a positive review before because they promised me a Starbucks gift card..which btw, I never got. My experience at this school was TERRIBLE and traumatizing to be perfectly honest. My instructor was Tia. From day one this woman had an attitude. I totally bombed my first test because she was not clear on her teaching and instructions. I was devastated at my score and asked her if she could explain to me what I did not understand or did wrong. She simply looked at my paper and said "you did a lot wrong." Without ever giving me an explanation of what I did wrong. I learned to not ask questions because she would either get annoyed, or just not answer. I just started going to my peers for questions. I thought she would be more sympathetic and helpful to me because we both struggled with a learning disability, apparently she could care less. I broke down crying and got very discouraged. I wanted to quit. I tried getting a refund but they refused to do so. My teacher also snapped at another student once and it was uncomfortable. In the end I ended up passing my class and got one of the highest scores on my State test. I worked very very hard. Fast forward 4 years later, and I have not once worked as a phlebotomist. No one wants to hire me because either I'm not bilingual, or I don't have the experience. How am I supposed to get experience without someone hiring me? I don't know. I wasted $2500. This was not worth it. I'm sorry that I wasted my time and money. I hope others have a more positive experience than I did.
