        Had a business policy through them for 10 years or more, every year it is higher, but I didn't want to shop it.  Finally, I did shop around and saved nearly $400 a year.Cancelled, but still getting bills.  They said they didn't receive.  Ok, I'll fill out their paperwork again - even though not paying the premium should be enough.  If it wasn't a renewal and the payment was made they surely would have cancelled it.Last straw was the attitude, Yelp gives them 1 star, I gave them 1 star for past service.  Nothing for the attitude.
