Fashion Nova's shipping service lost my package and admitted to doing so (FedEx). Even while admitting they lost the package, it is proving to be impossible to get reimbursed. I cant even get a hold of a live human from Fashion Nova to report this. One of the worst all around vendor experiences in my life. Stick to Amazon. $300 order entirely missing and seemingly no way to receive a refund because they can't even be bothered by phone lines. This is a clear indicator of horrendous customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

OUT OF BUSINESS!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. The company has shut down due to Covid and no one responds. The online systems are still taking orders and your money but there are no employees left to answer calls, respond to emails, or issue refunds. My order - as well as countless others (over 11,000 in the last 3 years according to the Better Business Bureau) - have gone missing. It’s going on week 4 now for me and months for others. No package, no emails, no one answers the phone, no refunds. Warn everyone! DO NOT fall for their show. They continue to post on social media and respond here - ITS ALL FOR SHOW! No one responds to the real issues and you will be ignored. They claim to offer all these fun discounts but their stuff is ALWAYS ON SALE! They comment on everyone’s review like things are being resolved - DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

No response from customer service My order has been lost by carrier. I've already have a case with #07335657 and this is my order #80255563 ... Since you will be reimbursed by carrier, I want to be issued a Refund NOT A CREDIT! I'm sorry I have to write about this on review but when your response time isn't sufficient or lack of I will do what I can. You have my email, order number, case number and phone number under my account to reach me. I've also attached documentd and everything you would need to help expedite this. I appreciate your time and help

I am extremely disappointed in Fashion Nova, I have been a loyal customer . I sent a return back on June 28th of course I emailed to make sure they had received my return. This is where it all gets fuzzy for them a representative said they had received it and I should receive an E-credit in 5-7 business days.. This was back in the beginning of July.. It's been well over a month and I still am trying to get an E-credit.. This is exhausting.. Hopefully, I receive my E-credit.... Where can I get some information??? I do not want to make my information public so please let me know how I should reach out
