I had two experiences with her. The first wasn’t too bad. I didn’t love the grooming but it was ok. The second, she returned my dog with another dogs collar. Couldn’t reach her until the following day. She said she’d send it in the mail & should arrive the next day. She failed to keep her word & decided to drop it off a week later. When speaking to her on the phone she was very rude & raised her voice. Extremely unprofessional.

Not very nice and unprofessional. I can only tell you of my experience with the initial phone call. She hung up on me! It is my first time checking into a mobile service so I had questions. I should have known by her curtness this was not going anywhere. I was willing to wait 4 weeks for her first available appointment but when we were scheduling a time, there was no guarantee time of arrival. In fact they give themselves one (1) hour for margin of error. I understand traffic and delays but that seemed excessive and when I asked about it, she hung up. Guess she doesn’t need new clients. Happy to find someone else who will care for my sweet little Yorkie.

Tried to make an appointment but the woman was incredibly rude on the phone. She certainly doesn’t care about getting new business. Just awful!!
