I had a really good experience at this doctor's office. The only thing was it is tucked away in the mist of a lot of other doctors offices. So luckily I called the girls at the front desk and they gave me step by step directions until I was at their front door. The doctor is great and very knowledge able he's been doing it for years and it shows in his work. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Dr Carso was my derm. for a couple of years...Very good care, very compassionet person. Switched to Dr. Lau also..very good doctor...Front office is a pain in the you know what!! very rude, there all way to busy to discuss anything. Im switching to a different office. I hope the doctors in the office realise that there front office's staff is running there business away!!

WOW!  I have to say, this was my first visit to a dermatologist. It all started when I called to make my appointment. The woman who answered the phone was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. After getting my insurance to verify I was covered she asked if I knew where their office was located. She very nicely proceeded to give me step-by-step directions before wishing me a great day.When I walked into the office this morning I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to admit, a bit of nerves came on as I was waiting to be seen. This visit was unlike any other doctor's appointment I've ever had. I was immediately welcomed, genuinely welcomed when I walked in the door. The receptionist very nicely walked me through the paperwork and made sure I didn't have any questions. Unlike the usual doctor's appointments, my wait was VERY short. The associate who took me to the back was equally as friendly as she went over my file, asked, and answered my questions. She was very calming and super friendly. Dr. Thacher came in very shortly after and did my check-up. He was very professional and extremely friendly, calming, and knowledgeable. This office is hands down the BEST office staff I have EVER encountered. It was so refreshing to be treated with genuine kindness, and professionalism. The fact that they actually respect your time by not making you wait 30 minutes to be seen in the waiting room and don't rush through your appointment was something my general physicians' office could learn from. Thank you, Dr. Thacher and your team!!!
