I had an ABSOLUTELY great experience with the team at Kirby KIA of Ventura. My husband called around to see when the new Telluride would be in and they had it. David P reached out to me and invited me to come down to take a look and test drive it. I test drove the new car and fell in love with it. I negotiated a great deal with the sales team and within a short few hours I drove away in my new Snow White Pearl Telluride. The one thing I loved with this team of guys is that I didn't feel pressured and they weren't pushy. I felt very confident in the deal I got and I know I can come to them if I need anything regarding my new KIA or any future purchases. Thank you guys for the AWESOME experience. Alex assisted us in purchasing our second subaru about a week ago. He was fantastic and gave us a great deal on a new 2016 forester. Alex made sure we knew the ins/outs of our new car before we took it home. We could not be more happy with our purchase!! The entire team at Kirby Auto Group was very helpful.

I bring my car to Kirby and ALWAYS have amazing service. Dave, the service writer is always very friendly and on top of things. Chad Sides fixed my car the other day, incredibly professional and very thorough. Before I left, he even checked my oil which wasn't even why I brought it in. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not at Kirby!
