I was the only customer when I arrived at 11 am and 4 technicians started working on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. Normally, when I pull up, a technician comes out with a clipboard and asks questions including what services I want. This time the tech asked me to get out of the car and leave it running. I told him that I wanted the Signature Oil Change Service and tire rotation and balancing.He pulled it into the bay and two of the other techs opened the hood, while the other got into the oil change pit. Then another customer arrived and two of the techs went over to help. During the time my Jeep was being serviced, two more cars arrived and I was down to one tech. I was asked to go inside and fill out the paperwork and he checked to see if the balance tech was in today (he wasn't). He entered my vehicle data and found that it had been deleted from the database, and said that corporate removes a vehicle's maintenance records after a given period without recent service dates. In about an hour and a half, the Jeep was driven to another bay where the lift was and both front tires were rotated to the same rear side, respectively. I asked about rotating my spare but he said that they didn't do it. When he was done, it was time to pay. I had a $15 off coupon and my total was $119 (oil change and a tire rotation). When I got into the Jeep, the windows were dirty and the floors hadn't been vacuumed; services that are listed in the Signature Service list. I walked back to the office and pointed out the items they missed and they stated that things had gotten too busy and apologized for it getting missed. I'll be trying another oil service company next time.
