Jim had an appointment available quickly (we lucked out - previous service had to cancel at last moment). He gave me a rough estimate over the phone, then came on time the following day as per appointment. He walked the house and had to raise his estimate what I thought was a totally reasonable amount.
He and his long-term employee Miguel split the work between inside and outside. Cleaned all our windows and screens at least as good as my wife (who is very demanding) and I (better I think).
Jim and Miguel were fast, kept everything inside and outside clean. Moved furniture back exactly as it was. We're very happy to have found Jim and will bring him back on a regular basis.
