Poor customer service. I called and sent two emails to set up appointment. Website says by appointment only. I did not receive a response. We went to another store and they are helping us with our custom made chimney.

This is the first review that I have ever written. I just want to say that Fabian went out of his way to address my problem that no other company in Southern California was able or willing to figure out! After years of frustration, it is finally fixed. Thank you, Fabian!
