Everyone here is so helpful! I have been coming here for years and not 1 time have I ever had a problem. This is my “go to” place for all my office needs. Hats off to Eleanor and the General Manager for being so sweet last visit. Thank you so much!😊

Tall old white man with glasses doesn’t know how to do his job at all and has been a problem in the past on several occasions. There’s a great fedex on van nuys blvd that I’ve never had a single issue with.

I've noticed when I sent jobs to print in B&W, they print them in color and then, when I go to pickup, they say "oh if you want the color copy you have to pay more money, and I say 'no' so then I have to sit there and wait until they get the order right. Also when they put the color copy through the copy machine instead of sending it to print from the computer the quality is lower. So I get a lower quality copy black and white because they were trying to get me to pay for color. And i have to wait for it.

Absolutely horrible service. Worth your time and effort going to another location, or supporting a local print and ship business where you’ll actually be helped. This location cannot even do the bare minimum.

Rick the manager is superb. I needed help to print and get to an interview. He has a great personality and can assist customers and train at the same time. Because of his help I got their on time and got the job. Thank you Rick!!
