One of the most amazing experiences I have had. Without exaggeration. I had bought a 1924 Underwood No. 5 typewriter, and brought it to them to service and restore. Emily brought this 97 year old machine back to life. It looks like it just left the factory. To top it all off it works to full function with all the features it came with. Amazing job. I'm completely blown away. Thank you guys so much 🙏

William was the best. I just found out he died and I didn't know what else to do but write a review. William provided service to my office for a number of years, and him and I used to speak frequently about everything, from life to business. He was funny, smart, kind. I considered him a business friend. May he rest in peace. Thank you for everything

William's is an "old fashioned" typewriter & copier repairperson whose main business appears to be supplying copier ink & toner. Mr. William repaired my 40+ years old IBM Selectric typewriter which was "stuck" & desperately needed cleaning & a new ribbon too. My handwriting has become erratic & will worsen and to use my iMac for one label or a short note is not practical. Which is why Mr. William rescued me & my old Selectric. And it was more reasonable than I expected ! Nice ! Really nice !!
