Sewage line issues are hopefully the last thing on your mind, but when they occur, they’re thrusted front and center. Inevitably it occurred to me on a Saturday evening. The first company to promptly respond to my requests for assistance was Phillip, thé owner of Quick-Flo Plumbing. He came out to my property at 8am on Sunday and attempted to clear my clogged sewage line. Throughout the process, he provided me with his video documented assessment and explanations of what he was finding (roots and backed up water out to the city sewer). As an engineer, I’m well versed in the process of systematically decomposing problems and identifying the optimal solutions. I therefore appreciated and agreed with Phillips method of assessing and proposing a path forward to dig up my driveway closer to the street and burst/line my existing clay sewer line. Once this initial excavation work was completed, he identified a large break and a nest of roots at the city’s junction to the main sewer. Due to Phillip’s experience, he knew who to contact directly and how to work with them to replace the city’s portion of my sewer connection in a timely manner. The entire job was not cheap, but per my online searches and verbal quotes, Phillip’s end cost was at the mean of what I found. Due to this knowledge, thorough attention to detail, and the quality of his work, I believe it was well worth the cost. I would highly recommend Phillip for anyone’s sewer issues. Being at home 365/24/7 because of COVID means that the King sits on his own toilets a lot! During this pandemic the King has worn out both toilets in the Kingdom! The toilets were leaky and noisy all day and night and not worthy of providing the quality of service needed for Royal relief. So the King needed a plumber ASAP. The King searched throughout the lands and scheduled several plumbers to diagnose the issues and give a quote. Sir Phillip from Quick-Flo was the most knowledgeable. While the other plumbers just provided a quote and a little information, Sir Phillip explained what the issues were, what parts needed to be replaced and how replacing them would fix the issue. He explained things in a way that a Royal King like myself could easily understand. He was also nice, friendly and most importantly . . . On Time! He descaled the castles tankless water heater and fixed the King’s leaky toilets. Because of Sir Phillip’s wonderful work, I can proudly sit on my thrones once again! Phillip is a professional who took care of my plumbing needs efficiently today. He was very responsive to my inquiry, provided very reasonable arrival time with updates and arrived early the same morning. The right questions were asked to establish pre arrival preparations so he can implement the task efficiently once he arrived. His assessment was honest and he kindly addressed my questions before, during, and after he completed the repair. Before he left, he cleaned the work area and reinspected the repair. After he left, I contacted him about another question that came to mind and he promptly responded. Should another plumbing related repair is needed in the future, we will consider calling on him again.
