"Small-Biz Saturday" 11/24/18 26yrs + patronized Super Rite so happily blessed by David's Rx expertise, kindness, & fairest inexpensive prices, esp for meds insurance didn't cover. Only charged 1/18th price of CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens etc. for very much necessary and life-saving med, for 20+ years, at his price as of CA no longer covering. $9.98 vs $180.00 since back in 1980s. Ty. Unfortunately, since HELLISH HELLene verbally berated me upon phone consultation two weeks ago, as I was trying to briefly explain my somewhat complex Rx predicament, she snidely interupted me with a most indignantly rude tone, "Is it my turn now?" No it wants not. I was, as the very ill patient-customer in terrible pain, trying to be heard correctly by the phamasist. I needed advice in attempting to treat my illness, which became gravely worsened as I did not get the correct prescription from the urgent care dr for 3 more days. : ( I will be ending my long, grateful, and otherwise extremely warm relationship with Super Rite as my severe PTSD was seriously impacted by the emotional abuse Hellene imparted upon me. Hit a person while they're down? Stand Up to Bullying.
