Some staff are a bit slakers others are active still it's a good place to buy essentials I saw there closing that location is this true?

Don't come here to laminate, it's shotty work and their printers need servicing. Also, customer service isn't worth the hassle.

Horrible customer service down from the print center, all the way up to management. I ordered some business cards, they ALL came out horribly. They admitted to not conducting a quality control inspection and offered a reprint/refund. I really wanted the cards so they told me they would reprint and call me the next day when they were ready. They NEVER called. I reached out to the store manager Raul via email and he apologized and assured me a refund will be issued. Its been 2 weeks and I have not received a refund and cannot get in contact with a manager. I really hope the district managers conduct coaching as the current customer service is TRASH.

I have come here a handful of times in the past year and half since moving to the neighborhood. Generally speaking the customer service is fine. However, the last time I was here, about a month ago, the HP ink I needed was completely sold out. Today I called ahead after the UPS Store refused to offer copy services (I had a document that needed copied and then dropped off for UPS pick up) to ensure they offered print services AND UPS pick up: they told me over the phone they did. Arrived, and turns out they dont offer UPS pick up. Still made my copies, but the self service machine was occupied. So I asked the employee behind the counter if they could make copies. (4 employees standing around) They could make copies, but theres a premium on the service! First I get lied to over the phone. Then I arrive, and complete half of the job I need to complete- but at a premium. What a waste of time.
