Airtel Plaza Hotel

Overall it was fine staff wasn't super friendly but I wasn't exactly dressed nicely.they were more friendly when I checked out.it is by an airport so if u need to sleep during the day it can be difficult with the noise.only complaint with the room was the curtains not closing perfectly.

Meh.... looks like they're in renovation but no signs saying so. Was there for an event and no food service was open, not even the small Starbucks. What a huge miss, they could have made a lot of money. Lots of storage of busses and large vehicles on site and blocks the view of the airport which is a huge perk to the property. Never saw one employee the entire time we were there, including the front desk. Hope they do a better job when they're done renovation, if that's what they're doing. Could be such a cool property

So honestly the room I had was nice I loved the shower an Jeff an Gary where amazing but the but that night guy David I think was his name I was there for 3wks he was so rude to me til Jeff came then he tried to be nice like no the fact that I was there working an would see him most morning before I left an the rude he gave me then the last draw was when I extended my stay an he kept smacking at me when I was like we been getting charged $768 a week an i was trying to show him an he dismissed me an started helping someone else an I wasn't finished I almost went off but was like oh boy will be here in the morning talking about Gary cause he took me out of character cause he pissed me off an don't forget the fact I had been there 10days before asking him for a room key he verified the hell out of my room down to the pay like I was lying like it was a lot I'm like its cool what ever but the cleaning staff Monday Thur Friday the lady knew I used the little towel so she always replaced it an left it in the same spot it was nice then the price for the room mmmmmmm $109 a night no frig no laundry on sight so yeah.....the bed was hella confee but I didn't get to use much while I was there the room was nice I was on the first floor RM 185 idk if that made a difference but the only thing I didn't like was there no washer an dryer on property cause I get off work late an the laundry across the street closed at 9 so if you not there by 8 oh well an there's no frig so for 3 wks I had to eat out everyday it was crazy

Booked a room, but they booked the wrong date. No refund or anything.. why? Cause you cannot get anyone on the phone.. and if you asked for front desk, she'll just transfer you to an empty line.. this is ridiculous and a scam almost. No service what so ever. Don't go here..
