Norms restaurant is a popular place but it just so happens that on that particular day I went my steak was good but I had asked for well done but when I was at my last bite it was still raw. Even though I got a new piece to replace the other one, I really think that managers and staff members should inspect meats when being served to prevent any inconvenience in the future. And I still paid full price. I think it should have gotten a discount besides the fact that it had gotten replaced, though.

Their parking lot is HUGE! Much larger than the actual capacity of the restaurant. We popped in on Sunday afternoon and the place was PACKED. We put our names down and asked about the wait. After about 20 minutes we inquired about an estimated wait time and we were told that the hostess at the front is separate from the person managing the tables and that she couldn't give us an accurate time? But that it would be a few minutes. It just seems like they were slammed and didn't have a cohesive flow for seating parties. Several people came in later and were seated before us, and I understand because they were smaller parties of one or two people. But it would have been nice to have some clarity or at least an estimate so we can make our plans. We were finally seated and we were quickly able to place our food and drink order. My only issue was that our food (the adult's entrees for myself and my husband) came out and then it took an additionally 15 minutes for our children's food to come out. We of course fed them from our plate while we waited for their food to come out but if you've ever dealt with hungry toddlers, they would much rather eat the fries and Mac and cheese they requested versus mommy's veggie omelette. Personally, I wouldn't give this location another visit. I've been to other norm's and the food was better.
