Door Gate Depot, Iron Doors in Stock

I was told when ordering a door that it was in stock , crated and would be shipped out 1 day after purchasing it and I would receive it 4-5 days after shipping if I made the payment right then. That sounded great so I paid $5280 plus $650 for shipping and was told all the details , receipt, tracking ect would be sent right away. My credit card was charged in full immediately. I never received ANYTHING from this company regarding my order or payment. I asked them if the holidays would affect the shipping they said no they were running on time. I waited almost 2 weeks still didnt get a tracking number or receipt. I call the company and asked what was going on with the door that I ordered and needed it to get my inspection on my house. The lady says oh yeah we are actually shipping your door out today. I was like what ? it was suppose to ship 12 days ago . She then is like well it didnt, they are backed up now . I said well how long much longer will it take ? She says 10 day to MO. I tell her why did they tell me 4-5 days and she says I dont know. But its 10 days . So that would be over 3 weeks not 4-5 day so I asked if there was anything they could do to rush it or discount for delaying my project. She says no , wed rather just refund your money. I asked for the manager and they wouldnt even get on the phone. I still have not received my money back. I would beware I feel like they lie to make sales with no regard for their promises. Very very disappointing

I am from Louisiana, and trust me, I was real hesitant about buying anything online like the value of this door from a company 2500+ miles away. Maryam, and Bambi were very sweet, and professional while we communicated, and they handled my order. Great job ladies! I did have to have help (3 men) for unloading the crates off the truck, ugg this was a task! I did actually set the frame, and the doors by myself, but I removed the heavy glass first from each door. This made the doors a little lighter for me to handle. I would totally recommend Door Gate Depot to everyone. Thank you Maryam, and Bambi!!

delivered quickly and well packed. Fantastic door and quality. Phone support was excellent to help determining appropriate door size. Looks great.

Love our door. Shipping was within a week despite transportation issues. My trim carpenters complimented the quality and ease of installation.
