Giovanni & Son human hair

I have operated several beauty Salons called "Mr Anthony's Salon" in Los Angeles, and Palmdale/Lancaster California area for many years, and I've purchased Human hair to resale from a lot of distributors!. Beauty Supply Stores! ,Extensions plus ! Etc, and lots more just to name a few!. BUT! Giavonni and son have the BEST human hair by far!!! The quality is Superb! !! it's going on 8 yrs now and I'm still satisfied with this brand., The Customer service, Product Quality, and my Rep Steve is honest, fair and a wonderful person to grow my business with... Thanks for all my success as a result of the quality of your Hair.

I SERIOUSLY NEVER knew how amazing REAL INDIAN HAIR could be, nor how MUCH it would change my SELF CONFIDENCE. I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Lisa and her shop. My sew ins have been in almost 2 years and the QUALITY and TEXTURE are THE SAME SINCE I PURCHASED! Soooo worth every penny. The custom color Lisa did was SPOT ON. My advice is don’t waste your time anywhere else for amazing custom real hair extensions.

I can only share my nightmare experience that is ongoing. The quality of hair in the industry has diminished over the last 2 years. However, I thought Giovanni and sons were one of the companies if you were unhappy with product they would make it right. Their hair is expensive so I starting buying locally. While browsing Facebook in March looking for quality human hair, I came across their Facebook page. Only saw advertisements for European hair so I sent a message asking if they still have hair bundles for African American hair and received a reply recommend Indian Wavy. I should have followed my instinct of not purchasing after seeing a recent bad review. But based on my experience in the past if I received something I did not like they would replace. So I ordered 2 bundle Indian Wavy for $247. I received silky straight hair with a single curl on the end. What!!! I called and a female explained they did not have any wavy hair. So it does not matter what the customer orders? In addition she said I would have to wait on shipment because there are no refunds. By the no refund is not clearly displayed on the website during the ordering process. I was told shipment from another country so I would have to wait a week or so. To add insult to injury she said companies make mistake. Clearly this was not just a mistake. A gentleman got on the phone. I sent him pic of Indian wavy hair from website vs what I received. He replied, “ I see the difference, sorry about that”. That’s it? He assured me he would look in his inventory for wavy hair and text pictures. Needless to say that never happened. I returned the hair. After numerous calls, disputes through bank, promise of refund, I don’t have wavy hair or my refund of $247. I’ve called last week and told I would be issued refund same day. I messaged through Facebook and was told I would not get a refund but would receive wavy hair. This on a Monday and by Thursday I replied I told I would get a refund and by the way never got the hair. So it’s been 11 days since they received the hair back. Very frustrating but I will pursue every avenue until I get my money back. So you decide. This is my experience with Giovanni and Son Hair
