In general they have great staff the doctors are amazing. The doctors here are affiliated with all providence hospitals and valley pres which makes it very convenient & we can now communicate with them through text which makes everything easier. :)

Well I don't feel really positive because when I went to my appointment, they don't see the paper I filed up , only they talked my name and put the thing in my chest , and I on the sheer only i pulled up my t,shirts and like 10 seconds they made everything and that it's , and the employees they are very rude, really very bad service, I need tolk my Dr, I don't want to como there any more, those people don't interested on me😕😕

I wish we could leave 0 or negative stars reviews. Pretty good doctors here. Too bad it's nearly impossible to see one due to the incompetence and mismanagement of the front office and inability to call and make an appointment or call in/verify RX refills. If you have a heart problem, save yourself the stress and aggravation and go elsewhere. It's not worth it. The Doctors here are good, but they aren't that good. I hope the Doctors here realize that the office staff is putting them at legal risk (prescribing requirements and auditing/RX record keeping are being ignored or violated) due to their incompetence, and fix it, because if you try talking to them about it they get offended and don't want to hear it. Get a clue - most of the negative reviews online cite the office staff as the problem, Doctors, it's not the patients - its your office staff. They are nice, but just about the most incompetent, & mismanaged and mismanaging front office people i've ever seen in my decades on earth.

can't get a hold of no one .. been trying to contact some one since 12/27/19 to today 01/16/20. regarding some medicine im taking, realy bad services.
