image I was referred to them by my dentist when I arrived Isabel was at the front desk she was very pleasant and helpful.
Eric greeted me and did the scans. Eric was extremely nice and professional he explained every step which I appreciated that.
I definitely recommend this office.

image The Customer Service was horrible. I called to check in down stairs and ask were to enter. Immediately I was told that I needed to reschedule after driving 45 min in traffic and I do not live in that city. I was also, on time. Me and my family wasted time and gas. I was stereotyped, discriminated, and defamed of my character here for no apparent reason. No signs that says we have the right to refuse service.

image I cannot underestimate both the extremely high level of customer service and professionalism that today's visit displayed. I challenged the receptionist with several, "why do you need that" -type questions and reminded her that I wanted a digital copy of the x-ray results. I was met with a smile and very courteous responses that directly answered my questions. (This receptionist, I learned is only the part-time employee that was filling-in. I can only imagine how thorough and measured the response might be from the full-time receptionist?!)
I then explained that, although silly, I had just eaten a chewable vitamin C tablet as I ran out the door and was afraid that it would be radiopaque (would show up on the films being taken). "Not to worry" , they said. Would you like a one-time use or a brand new, oral B toothbrush and travel-case with travel-size toothpaste? The radiographic technician-operator-owner brought me a cup of fresh water and offered a selection of toothbrushes and travel/carry cases. He then gave me an overview of the x-rays and pictures to be taken and explained that we would be moving between three rooms and pieces of equipment. He washed his hands and gloved in front of me (an especially nice gesture in the time of COVID) and explained exactly what and how he was doing to/for me in each space. When a piece of equipment was going to come in contact with me, with freshly- gloved hands, he opened the sterilized pieces of equipment in front of me and showed me what was to be done and explained why. He even allowed me a look at some of the images being taken. At the end, he fully elaborated on how the films would be processed and sent to a specialist to provide specifics to my orthodontist on how to map and plan my medical treatment.
I read and understand one review that said she did not like the look of the outside or corridors of the building/office and I agree that they could use a facelift. But this office, its staff and their abilities give real meaning as to why books should not be judged by their covers. That said, I hope a paint-job and new flooring are in the building's future because then the outside will be as superb as the people and performance inside of this office. Kudos to my doctor for finding this gem and several attaboys to the staff for making my doctor look like a star.
