Linda was instrumental in helping me recently close on a house. After a couple of bumpy starts with other realtors, I ran into her at the Pirates Festival and discussed the problem that I was having with another short sale house that I had put in an offer on. I had originally met her through Vallejo Main Street, a public benefit corporation and one of the many local community organizations where she volunteers. Because we had developed our relationship as fellow community organizers, I felt completely comfortable trusting the advice she was giving me. We started fresh for the search for the right house within a day or so of our meeting. I consider Linda my lucky charm because we only had to spend one evening house searching before finding the right house. Once the process started, Linda stayed in constant contact and kept me updated all along the way. Her communication was great and I never felt that she was too far away. When it came time to start signing paperwork, she made herself readily available. I found her advice relevant and much appreciated. The whole process, starting with the search to the point she handed me the keys, seemed very streamlined and clicked off without any real hiccups. I attribute this to Linda. I highly recommend her to help you with your real estate needs.
