This guy is truly amazing. I have a computer consultant I normally go to who's a very smart engineer and while very experienced and skillful, he couldn't figure out why an older comp of mine wasn't connecting to the Internet. My original guy grew frustrated and said fixing my comp wasn't worth the time given its age. After my original consultant's unfortunately unsuccessful attempts to repair, I inquired with other SF based Yelp listed consultants and none of them could initially identify how to resolve my issue. I found RS by submitting quote requests. RS' reply was the most informative and promising in that he had taken the time to analyze my issue. The questions he asked were spot-on and I could tell he cared based on my comparison with other consultants who only speculated about my issue. I replied and RS replied back immediately and invited me to call him. I called the guy and after sending him pics of my issue as it appeared on my screen and running diagnostics, he was able to diagnose the problem accurately and in lightning fast speed. I am SO grateful to have found him I have to say that good, reliable, proficient computer consultants are hard to find. This guy is not only great, but his fees are reasonable. I told him I will retain him in the future as I liked his attitude and professionalism (and prompt attention). After several days of trying to fix this issue and working with AT&T (my ISP), RS came to my rescue. Please consider this guy if you're shopping around. The fact that he does phone consultations is a plus since they are generally more affordable than taking it to someone onsite (but, RS also does onsite work, so you have both options). I am ecstatic. A well deserved 5-star performance. I am extremely satisfied. Thanks RS!!!

This company rocks!  My MacBook lost its OS and I messaged Ronen Solutions for help.  Their technician emailed me within an hour and told me the they don't work on Mac, however, he sent me info on how to fix it myself.   After following the instructions, I was able to get my laptop to work again.  I had very important documents there for work and my school and he saved me    And better yet, it was free.   Other repair shops wanted $125 to just look at it.    This shop is AWESOME!  Highly recommend them.  Joey

This guy is great.  He came to my house and straightened out my files on my phone and two tablets and desktop computer.  It wasn't really technical stuff, but it was a mess that I couldn't cope with.  He is a nice person and very accommodating and understanding.   You can feel very confident and comfortable calling him.   I highly recommend him.

Mac assisted me with backing up important information from a mobile device to my laptop. I am one of the least tech savvy people you will meet and I found the process of doing it myself quite daunting. In stepped Mac, and with his calm voice informing me of what he will do and gently taking the devices from my hands, I quickly found myself put at ease and had utmost confidence that the data would be placed where it needed to be. He returned my devices, explained the steps he took in laymen terms, and I was good to go.  I appreciate this mom and pop team providing stellar customer service, a rarity in this day and age. Thank you Ronin Solutions!!!!!!
