Little Caesars Pizza

Every map platform says they open at 10:30. I show up at 11. There's a female employee inside standing there, doing nothing, and the door is locked. She looks at me 3 times and doesn't bother to do anything about the fact that their store is locked a 1/2 hour past opening. I literally had to walk away and go somewhere else. The most unbelievable excuse I've ever seen for customer service. What kind of business does that?

We were traveling and ended up in this Little Caesars location because the sushi place we were originally planning to go was closed. There was no menu and the person at the counter just asked us what we wanted and did not give us options until I asked what their menu was (something about their "server" being broken was heard from the back). The pizza was OK but the service was less than average.

Very slow service. Waited 20 minutes past the time the online order said it would be ready by. Probably won’t come here again unless I’m desperate.

Food was made ready upon arrival. Even during busy hours I was able to get pizza already ready
