Thgis company is the worst. Their products are utter junk and their customer service is non-existent. They falsely calim their products have a warranty, but when you actually need to make a warranty claim because of the total lack of quality of their products, they weasel their way out of it. They are horrible.

Worst company I have ever had the bad luck to buy from. Their RV covers will not last one winter, I live in the South where the winter is mild! Then try to contact customer service, they do not answer the phone or return any messages. It is a scam folks, beware! That is why I am here now, because I got tired of trying to contact them and gave up, which is precisely their strategy I posted pictures

Cost me 30$( cost to return) because the tool on their website recommended the wrong size. Sent an email about the incident and was ignored, not even a sorry......thankful I haven't needed warranty help if this is their response.
