Buying the car was a good experience. I bought a brand new Hyundai Venue in June of 2021 and 5 months later, the car won't start and the battery won't hold a charge. I called the service department they didn't offer any appointments or options or any reasoning behind why a brand new car wouldn't start only that the car I jumped it from "must have an old battery". Disappointed that a brand new car is already having issues 5 moths in. I called another Hyundai dealership and they told me I had towing covered under my warranty and scheduled to pick up my car and do the inspection. They also checked my warranty to help me understand what repairs were covered if I needed them. No one at Parkway Hyundai offered any of this or offered any resolution. I realize I am in need of an inspection to fully find out what is wrong but just being told "get it here and we will see" is beyond disappointing. Do better.
