        theyre great but now they have retired place is closed down

        At shop when they opened. Explained problem with my vehicle. Lady said she would talk to someone and call me. Never called. When I called at end of day she was annoyed. She talked to someone while I was on hold and came back with a solution to an issue I did not have. I said thank you and went to the dealer. She should have talked to the "someone" while I was there. I would have got the correct information and saved everyone wasted time and they might have gained a return customer.
